Building the workplace of the future.

In today’s competitive job market, attracting top talent that’s right for your company is a challenge, even for one of the world’s largest banks. Honoring JPMorgan Chase’s ambition to “Make Dreams Possible for Everyone, Everywhere, Every Day.”, we launched an integrated marketing campaign called “The Future of Work” that highlighted why the firm is a distinctly special place to attract elite talent and break through the clutter of competitors.

The message is simple, yet powerful: when you invest in people’s potential, you not only create a great place to work, but a place that can make dreams possible. This campaign marks the beginning of a larger, ongoing “Future of Work” effort within JPMorganChase.

Two film approaches were used: JPMorganChase employees whose stories demonstrate the support found at the company (aimed at the the US audience), and anthemic spots featuring actors for the multiple international markets. Social media units reinforced messaging found in film, while being able to be understood as standalone units across various formats and channels. Finally, and given the global audiences of this body of work, we also created a robust, easy-to-navigate toolkit to help JPMorganChase scale the campaign globally.
