JPMorganChase knows that veteran skills are vital skills. It was time the rest of the nation knew it, too. For decades, this financial giant has pioneered efforts to upskill veterans, diversify employment, and change what post-service looks like for every military member.

We executed a comprehensive Washington Post takeover across print and digital to spotlight JPMC’s ‘Skills Not Just Degrees’ program. We wove personal histories, impactful testimonials, and hard-hitting data into a story made even more vivid by powerful portraiture of each featured veteran. Their careers were celebrated, their triumphs elevated, and our role highlighted in these journeys from the front line to the workforce.
